Following the installation of your new, bespoke humidity control system, we’ll leave you with a selection of spare parts. Rest assured, this doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten to fit them, our experienced engineers never miss a beat, these are for your benefit.
Access to spare parts for your industrial or commercial dehumidifier makes maintenance and servicing much easier. If there is a fault, or you’ve noticed a drop in performance, the parts will be ready and waiting for our maintenance team to fit them; getting you back up and running as soon as possible.
Dehumidifier Spare Parts
There are several reasons why spare parts for one particular machine, or a range of equipment could be required. Some parts of your dehumidifiers will need to be replaced regularly, such as filters. Having them on-site means that your team, or one of our servicing experts, will have them to hand whenever they need switching out.
This is especially important if your machine develops a fault. You want to get it working again as soon as possible if it’s a critical part of your production line. If you, or we, need to waste time ordering in the right replacement parts, that’ll put a dent in your profit margins.
One of the few downsides of bespoke dehumidification systems is that you might struggle to find some spare parts online. However, our machines are often just optimised versions of existing designs that are prevalent, so not all parts will need to be ordered. If there is something harder to find, we’ll make sure you have a spare.
Selecting the Right Spare Parts for your Application
Spare parts such as replacement filters is obvious, but there are some that we decide you’ll need once the system is ready for installation.
Some will be engineer recommendations, certain parts may need to be replaced to improve or retain the smooth running of the process. There may also be parts that allow you to make changes to your system, adjusting output or its placement to suit your business as it expands.
The spare parts we provide will also depend on the level of servicing you need. If you have a 1–5-year servicing agreement with us, we’ll handle the ordering and fitting of spare parts for you. But if you have your own team, we’ll leave the spare parts on site for you so that they can be installed without us needing to get involved.
We are also able to provide spare parts for all other manufacturers’ dehumidifiers, rotors, and difficult to source electrical parts. So if you have a humidity control system already in place, we’re still able to help you keep it working at its best.
